Naruto

Normally I don't really care about Naruto, but these past few chapters have been really good. It looks Jiraiya is gonna die. Sad. Before, I was complaining how Kishimoto-sensei was too chicken to kill off characters and now characters I like are dead/dying (Asuma, Jiraiya). I applaud sensei for taking risks. I wonder how Tsunade/Naruto/Leaf are gonna react to this.

He is dead already ...or at least it seems so from this week's chapter and its translation. But he can die with no regrets...before surprise attack from behind he wasn't touched by Pain and could even hold his own for a while againts 6 paths of pain. I can see Naruto vs. Pain comming in future.

We didn't find out what Pain is...thing we know is that Naruto is officialy the kid from prophecy. Also we get flashbacks on 3rd,Oro and Minato.

Now I think the scene will switch to everyone vs. Madara and Hebi vs. Kisame/Itachi. But only real fight we might see is Suigetsu vs. Kisame...Sasuke and Itachi will most likely do just a little chat ...and Madara is just playing around with leaf nins.

I hope Jiraiya's death will knock some sense into Naruto and the Leaf. Make them realize that there are bigger things at stake here than getting Sasuke back. I think it is stupid of Naruto and Tsunade (a HOKAGE no less) to be so focused on getting someone back when that person wants NOTHING to do with the village. Hopefully, this will help Naruto mature and reprioritize what's important (and that is not Sasuke).

Naruto was quite good indeed the last chapters. Too bad and sad Jiraiya is going to die. I liked the pair up of Naruto and Jiraiya. Guess it will be a big blow for the Leafs. Another great ninja who's going to die. I wonder what Naruto will do now.

And it was quite interesting to get more information about the 4th Hokage. And his bond with Jiraiya.

For some reason I think Jiraiya is not dead. Maybe he will come out again somewhere all fixed up by someone. Who know ^_^

I hope Jiraiya stays dead. As much as I like his character, I think a series about ninjas should have more casualties. It will have a greater impact on the series and make it more real.

I am not liking how Itachi is being implied to be good now...

It's soon the 400th chapter and I was wondering if Kishimoto (or Jump) thought about making another character poll. The last one was in chapter 292 (vol 33). Now, I think it's time to make another one, we saw a lot of characters, Sasuke's back and people died

SPOILER: I am not liking how this is going to turn out, sasuke finally kills itachi, Tobi reveal himself as Madara and tell sasuke that itachi is trying to protect sasuke from letting Madara reach him so that he cant tell about a truth or secret. Madara tell sasuke that itachi was order by Konoah, is susake going to side with Akatsuki after hearing the truth. AHHHH THIS IS TOO ****** UP, goes out for a walk to cool down.

1st part of the last chapter was strange.... 2nd was really good. The 3 remaining people (except Madara) who knew about Itachi are more evil than I thought. I think they'll cause a lot of problems to Tsunade and maybe, she'll die because of them... And as you say, Sasuke might want to have revenge on Konoha for his people... Too bad we have to wait 2 weeks before that...

I am looking forward to the flashback between Madara and the first Hokage.

As for the people who ordered Itachi to annihilate the clan, I think there must be a reason behind it. The third Hokage didn't seem like an evil person. But I agree that this is kinda a setup for Sasuke to go against Konoha, which I think will be lame 'cause we'll get more of Naruto and Sakura being conflicted about fighting Sasuke.

SPOILER: Just as I expected, Sasake sides with Akatsuki so that make him evil now, will he succeed in catching the 8-tail beast, YOU BET!!!. Anyways Naruto going to get trained by the Frog sage. For some reason I already see it coming that he will eventually get trained into a hermit like Jiraiya.

I don't really like the design for the 8-tail. I am hoping though that he'll be a rare occurrence and actually be powerful and won't be captured. It would be cool if he, Naruto and Gaara team up later on.

Hmm Gaara is too busy as a kazekage, but just maybe he'll come help Naruto for a bit and accidently get stuck with the Killer Bee. I think he the only tail beast left alive now who can control all 8 of his tails. And just maybe he's the key to help Naruto to control the Nine-tail fox Kyuubi. In my head when I saw Akatsuki doing that gathering on Killer Bee I was very sad but when it turn into a tentacle I knew it, I just knew that he wouldn't get caught. So yea I hope my prediction is right about Killer Bee can help Naruto control the Kyuubi. Once that happens the key that Naruto Father 4th Hokage and Jiraiya kept safe can be finally used. And there one more thing I like to say I wonder what kinda power Itachi gave to Naruto, hmmmm..............
